Nexus Commerce USA LLC purchases branded consumer goods from manufacturers and authorized distributors, and moves them into United States retail accounts and Latin American export markets from our base in Miami-Dade County.
What we do
We are a buy-and-resell distributor, not a broker and not a dropshipper. We take title to the goods, we pay on our own account, we hold the inventory, and we stand behind it all the way to the end customer.
We purchase case packs and full pallets directly from brand owners, authorized distributors and manufacturer representatives. Every purchase is documented with a commercial invoice.
Goods are received, inspected and prepared to retail standards — polybagging, barcode labeling, suffocation warnings, expiration checks and case-pack integrity. Export consignments are palletized and documented for customs.
Product moves to United States retail accounts or is consolidated in Miami for export to our Latin American markets. After-sales questions come to us, not to you.
Channels
Inventory is held at our own facility in South Florida and supplied to domestic retail accounts, with tracked and insured carriers on every outbound shipment.
Returns and damages are received, inspected and dispositioned in-house, then reconciled with the supplier afterward.
Consignments are consolidated in Miami and exported to our three focus markets: the Dominican Republic, Panama and Colombia. All three hold a trade agreement with the United States, so most consumer goods of U.S. origin enter duty-free.
We prepare the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, and we sell only into territories a supplier has authorized in writing.
How we operate
Unauthorized resellers and grey-market diversion damage brands. We built this company to be the opposite of that.
