Nexus Commerce USA LLC ships from its own facility in South Florida. Orders move through one of two lanes.
Orders placed before 1:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day are generally dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after that time, on weekends or on U.S. federal holidays are dispatched the next business day.
We ship within the fifty United States and the District of Columbia using tracked, insured services from national carriers. Tracking is provided by email as soon as the shipment is manifested.
Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by weather, carrier disruption or an incorrect address supplied at the time of order are outside our control, though we will assist in tracing any shipment that has not arrived.
Export orders to the Dominican Republic, Panama and Colombia are consolidated at our facility and shipped by ocean or air freight. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, export sales are quoted FOB Miami: title and risk pass on delivery to the carrier, and import duties, taxes, customs clearance and any product registration in the destination country are the responsibility of the importer of record.
We supply the commercial invoice, packing list and, where the applicable trade agreement provides for one, a certificate of origin. Lead times are confirmed per consignment before the order is accepted.
If a package arrives damaged, please retain the packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. If tracking shows delivery but the package cannot be located, contact us and we will open a carrier trace and work with you to resolve it.
Customer satisfaction is the standard we operate to. Where an order was placed through a sales channel that sets its own returns policy, that policy applies, and our own handling is in no case more restrictive than it requires.
Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition and packaging. Where the channel of purchase grants a longer window, the longer window applies. Export consignments that have cleared customs cannot be returned across the border, but short shipments, damage in transit and defective lots are credited or replaced.
This does not limit your rights where an item arrives damaged, defective, expired or materially different from its description. In those cases we replace or refund the item in full, including return shipping.
Contact us with your order or invoice number and we will issue return instructions the same business day. Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times after that are set by the payment provider and typically run three to five business days.
All merchandise we sell is sourced from brand owners and authorized distributors and is supplied in its original manufacturer packaging. If you believe an item you received is not authentic, contact us immediately. We will refund the order in full and investigate the lot with our supplier.
This policy covers information collected through this website. Where an order is placed through a third-party sales channel, that channel's own privacy policy also applies, and the channel — not this website — collects and processes payment information.
This website does not require an account and does not sell products directly. We collect personal information only when you choose to submit it through our contact form: your name, company name, email address and the content of your message.
Our hosting provider may record standard technical server logs, including IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and reliability purposes.
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your inquiry and, where relevant, to administer a wholesale account relationship. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We do not send marketing email to addresses collected through this form.
We disclose personal information only to service providers who help us operate this website and our email, and only to the extent needed to perform that function; or where required by law, subpoena or other lawful process.
Inquiry correspondence is retained only as long as needed for the business relationship or as required by law. We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have submitted to us by writing to purchasing@nexuscommerceusa.store. We will respond within a reasonable period.
This website is directed to businesses and adult consumers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.

This website is informational. It describes our company to prospective suppliers and customers. It is not an offer to sell, and no sale is concluded through it. Product availability, pricing and terms of sale are as stated in our written quotation or on the sales channel at the time of purchase.
