What we buy
We keep a deliberately narrow focus. These are the segments we know, stock and reorder — and where we can move volume without discounting our way through it.
Skincare, hair care, color cosmetics, fragrance, bath and body, grooming tools and accessories.
Preferred formats: sealed retail units in case packs, dated lots with at least 12 months of remaining shelf life.
Kitchen and tabletop, storage and organization, home textiles, cleaning tools, small home goods and seasonal décor.
Preferred formats: retail-ready packaging, master cartons under 50 lb where possible.
Vitamins and supplements, personal health devices, first aid, oral care, sleep and recovery, everyday household health items.
Preferred formats: FDA-compliant labeling, lot codes and expiration dates clearly printed on each unit.
Buying profile
We would rather start small, prove the line sells, and reorder consistently than commit to volume we cannot move.
| Item | Our standard |
|---|---|
| First order | Trial quantity, typically one to a few case packs per SKU, to validate sell-through before scaling. |
| Reorders | Scaled to actual velocity. Proven SKUs are reordered on a recurring cycle. |
| Payment | Prepayment by ACH, wire or company card on opening orders. Net terms considered after an established history. |
| Freight | Small parcel or LTL to our facility. We can arrange our own carrier and provide a BOL if preferred. |
| Documentation required | Itemized commercial invoice showing supplier details, our legal name and address, item descriptions and quantities. |
| Sales tax | Purchases are for resale. Florida Annual Resale Certificate (DR-13) provided at account opening. |
Not a fit for us: shelf-pulls, customer returns, salvage or unmanifested loads, short-dated or expired stock, unbranded generics, and any product we cannot trace to an authorized source. We would rather pay more for clean inventory than deal with an authenticity complaint later.
Evaluation
Send us your line sheet and wholesale terms. If it fits, we will come back with a specific first order rather than a generic inquiry.
