Wholesale accounts
We know what a supplier has to check before opening an account. Rather than make you ask, here is our documentation, our buying profile, and exactly which markets and channels your product would go into.
Our documentation
All of the following are available immediately on request. We do not need time to "put something together."
A note on our age. Nexus Commerce USA LLC was formed in 2026. We are a new company, and we would rather say that plainly than have you discover it.
What we offer in place of a long trade history is prepayment on opening orders, full documentation, small and honest first orders, and a buyer who answers the phone. And one thing more: the company is new, the operator is not. Our managing member has owned and run six licensed health and social care businesses in South Florida since 2020 — as owner, chief executive and administrator — and still operates several of them. Her Florida AHCA licensure and Medicaid provider enrollment are current today, and the businesses have also held Medicare enrollment and ACHC accreditation. The largest employed 160 people and served 325 patients. Passing an outside audit is not new to her. Only this company is. More about that here.
Transparency
Most channel conflicts start with a distributor who never asked and a supplier who assumed. We would rather have the conversation before the first purchase order than after a complaint.
Goods are held at our own facility in South Florida and supplied to domestic accounts. We take title, we carry the inventory risk, and we handle the end customer directly.
Consignments are consolidated in Miami and exported to the Dominican Republic, Panama and Colombia — three markets covered by United States trade agreements. We can name the importer of record for each consignment where you require it.
Our commitment on channels. Before the first purchase order we will tell you in writing exactly which channels and territories we intend to use for your line, and we will ask you to confirm what you authorize. If a channel is off-limits for your brand, say so and we will not use it — and we will not treat an unanswered question as a yes. If your policy changes later, tell us and we will bring our practice into line with it. We would rather lose an order than cost you control of your own distribution.
Your documentation
This is not a formality. Brand authorization and customs clearance both require us to know exactly what we are buying and from whom.
Current wholesale price list with UPC or GTIN, case pack quantity, unit dimensions and weight.
Confirmation that you are the brand owner or an authorized distributor for the lines you are quoting.
Written confirmation of which channels and territories are permitted for the line, and the current MAP or export price schedule if one applies.
Order minimums, payment terms, freight terms, and lead time from purchase order to shipment.
Legal company name, physical warehouse address, phone, and the name of our account representative.
How damaged, defective or short-shipped units are handled, and the window for reporting them.
Important
A commercial invoice is not paperwork for its own sake. Brand authorization programs, customs authorities in our export markets and our own traceability all depend on it. An invoice missing any of the following cannot be used for those purposes — which means we cannot move the product, which means we cannot reorder it.
If your system cannot produce an invoice meeting these points, tell us before we order. In most cases a short conversation with your accounts team resolves it.
Process
You send a line sheet and terms. We confirm which categories and brands we are interested in.
We complete your credit or reseller application and send our EIN, W-9 and resale certificate the same day.
We place a small opening order, prepaid, to test the line, the packaging and the shipping process end to end.
SKUs that sell through move onto a recurring reorder schedule with volume that grows as demand proves out.
Send your line sheet and reseller application to our buying team. We typically respond within one business day.
